At Mowgli Tree Care we take trees seriously— but not ourselves. We’re a skilled, hardworking, and slightly sawdust-covered team that delivers top-level tree care at prices that won’t make your wallet fall over.

Founded in 2021 by Chad and Kristi, Mowgli Tree Care was born out of a shared passion for working outdoors, doing things right, and building something meaningful from the ground up (or in our case, the canopy down).

Chad, our lead climber, is a proud First Nations tree worker who’s been climbing since he was 18. His journey includes everything from small local companies to large-scale operations—including an unforgettable stint in helicopter logging (yes, it’s just as intense as it sounds). With deep roots in both his culture and the tree care industry, Chad brings experience, respect for the land, and a genuine love for the work he does.

Kristi, co-founder and climber in-training turned full-on tree ninja, has a background in business and four years swinging hammers as a carpenter. She traded in blueprints for branches and took on the challenge of learning to climb under Chad’s mentorship. Not only does she help run the business—she’s up in the trees, doing the work and now climbs trees like she was born in the canopy.

We offer tree removal, pruning, and hedge trimming, but what we really specialize in is making your yard safer, healthier, and better-looking—while having a laugh or two along the way. We’re big believers in sharing tree knowledge, treating customers like family, and leaving every site looking better than we found it (and yes, we’ll even rake the mess).
